6. Payment Terms & Refund Policy
All program fees—including registration, training, and event costs—must be paid in full by the stated deadlines. Payments are made securely through third-party platforms such as Stripe.
Unless otherwise noted in writing, all payments are non-refundable. Refunds may be granted under limited circumstances such as program cancellation or verified medical emergencies, at the club’s discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we prioritize safety and proper supervision, participation in physical activities such as basketball involves risk. We are not responsible for:
